Centum Adeneo India is a Business unit of Centum Electronics Group offers a wide range of electronic and embedded systems design engineering services to Global Customers to help them realize complex products and sub systems. Centum-Adeneo India (CAI) is an Electronics Design Center of Excellence, designing for mission critical projects in Aerospace/Space, Transportation, Medical Electronics, Defense Electronics etc.It has other design centers in the France, USA, Canada & Germany.


The ideal candidate is an Individual contributor, who is self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. As an HR Business Partner, you will be required to align with business goals with employees and management and enrich the support structure for the business unit. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create and deploy core HR programs, practices and processes. I


What You'll Do
  • Build a strong people-centric culture at Centum Adeneo India.
  • Responsible for employee queries pertaining to Compliances and their adherence to the same
  • Ensure the data accuracy at HRIS tools throughout the employee life cycle. Prepare and update MIS/ Dashboard to track key focus areas of HR
  • Compensation and Benefits (Benchmarking/Merit/Policies) : Comply with the process by adhering to company policies guidelines and timelines. Ensure Data validation is done at frequent intervals to main data accuracy
  • Drive Engagement activities in partnership with the respective functions, Ensure harmonious employee relations are maintained through timely resolutions and actions on the grievances
  • Support managers and colleagues in driving and improving the quality of the performance management process - Goal Setting, Effective Performance conversations, feedback and development plans.
  • Collobrate with French & Canada managers for appraisals and rewards/recognitions.
  • Partner with Manager to manage colleague separation process and perform the exit interviews for the colleagues.
  • On-board and train new hires create a well-rounded induction plan and module
  • Manage the end to end processes associated with Global mobility program including international (France, Belgium & Canada) and domestic assignments, immigration, and relocation across countries.
  • Coordinate Town Hall meetings
  • Ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs

Required Candidate profile

What You Are?
  • 6 -10 years of experience in HR, with 2-3 years of experience in reporting to leadership.
  • Full time MBAs (in HR) are equivalent Masters Degree in HR is preferred.
  • Preferrably from Engineering Services OR Semiconductor organisation.
  • Prior experience of having worked in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively partner & engage with the Functional leaders.
  • High on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set up processes and institutionalize them.
  • Prior experience and know-how of managing people operations
